• When the Contact or email link on a page at rkviolin.com doesn't work, the most common cause is that the Internet browser you are using to view our pages has not been set up for email yet. However, if you can mail other web sites from this browser, then there's a problem that we would appreciate knowing about.

• Please write the Webmaster directly at webmaster@rkviolin.com (you can use cut-and-paste for the address).  Please include the phrase "contact doesn't work" in the subject line, together with the name of the page (e.g. Main or Bio) on which you first noticed it.  Also indicate the name of the browser you are using (e.g. Opera or Internet Explorer), its version number (which usually can be found by clicking Help | About), and if there is a separate email program that your browser uses, please tell us its name and version number as well.

• If any other link doesn't work (such as a payment button), or a picture is missing, please write the Webmaster at webmaster@rkviolin.com with a description of the problem and the name of the page on which it occurs.
